Terhune, Albert - Last Will & Testament (spelling and grammar preserved)
In the Name of God Amen I Albert Terhune of the county of Fleming and state
of Kentucky being weak in boddy but of sound memory blessed be god do this day
of the fifteenth of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred &
sixteen do make and ordain this my last will and testament in the following
manner and first of all I give my soul to god that give to me and my body to
decent christian burial and as touching that worldly estate which god has been
pleased to bless me with to my son John Terhune I bequeath five pounds as
touching my Real Estate I give & bequeath to my sons Garret & Stephen
Terhune Elizabeth my Daughter & his child is to have their living while the
lives single with them I likewise bequeath to my son Garret & my Daughter
Elizabeth Each a bed & bed clothes as for my personal Estate I bequeath To
the rest of my sons not mentioned & my Daughter Hallana and I do make and
ordain my son Isaac Terhune & my son in law William Williamson my sole
Executors of this my last will and testament Intrust for the Intent and purpose
in this my last will Contained to take care & see the same performed
according to the tru Intent and meaning
In witness whereof I the said Albert Terhune have this my last will and
Testament Set my hand and seal the day & year above writen signed in
presents of us
