John McRoberts, or
William Rawlings McRoberts, or
James S. McRoberts, or possibly someone else.

This photo was given to me by the Jesse Emmons family, daughter of John W. and Martha.  It could be would be Joseph Emmons who died in 1868 or a Day.  I doubt that Jesse would have had any other McRoberts photos.  Joseph Emmons was John Emmons and Mary Jane Emmons-McRoberts father which is a thought.
