Hunt Expires Tuesday At Carlisle Hospital
Mrs. Anna
Belle Hardin Hunt, 91,mother of eleven children,seven of whom are living, and
grandmother of 50, died yesterday at 3:15 a.m. in the Carlisle Hospital. She had
been a resident of Fleming County most of her lifetime.
Mrs. Hunt
had been in ailing health for the last several years. Death resulted from
complications.
Born
April 15, 1878, at Salt Lick, Ky., she was the last of eight children of the
late Ike and Mary Myers Hardin. Mrs. Hunt's husband, Steve Douglas Hunt, who was
a Fleming County farmer, died 47 years ago.
Surviving
are a son, Avery Hunt, of Hilltop, six daughters, Mrs. Catherine Legee and Mrs.
Raymond Curtis, of Maysville, Mrs. Ercie Doyle and Mrs. Rosie Hunt, of
Flemingsburg, Mrs. Nancy Hunt of Route 4 Maysville, and Mrs. Oscar Doyle of
Dalesburg, 50 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Frankie and Jasper
Hunt died while children. The other two deceased children were Mrs. William
Planck and Raymond Hunt.
Funeral
services will be conducted Thursday at 2 p. m. at the Boone Funeral Home, Court
Square by the Rev Opal Helphenstine, Evangelist, Kentucky Christian Church.
Burial
will be in the Elizaville Cemetery.
