THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into this Feb. 20th, 1912,
between Jas. Earlywine party of the first part and Peter Mays
party of the second part, all of Fleming Co.,
Peter Mays.
WITNESSETH. - -
That for and in consideration of $25.00, Twenty Five Dollars, cash in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. The party of the first part does hereby bargain, sell and convey unto

party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, the following described lot or
parcel of land lying and
being on Indian Creek in Fleming Co.,
