To - - -  Deed                                                  THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into this Feb. 20th, 1912, between Jas. Earlywine party of the first part and Peter Mays party of the second part, all of Fleming Co., Ky.

Peter Mays.                                                  

 

WITNESSETH. - -

                That for and in consideration of $25.00, Twenty Five Dollars, cash in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. The party of the first part does hereby bargain, sell and convey unto the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, the following described lot or parcel of land lying and being on Indian Creek in Fleming Co., Ky.

                Bounded and described as follows, to-wit on the North by land of Hamilton Mocaby, on East by Rowan Co., line and land of Wm. Humphrey , on the South by land of S. O. Poynters, on West by land of S. O. Poynter.  Containing 50 Acres more or less, this being the same land conveyed By Thos. Earlywine and wife to Jas. Earlywine, Dec. 1912 and recorded in D.B. 76 Page 588.

                TO HAVE AND TO HOLD to the party of the second part, with covenant of GENERL WARRANTY –

that the foregoing deed from Jas. Earlywine to Peter Mays was this day produced to me, in Fleming

Co. , and acknowledged by Jas. Earlywine to be his free act and deed, and consented that the same

might be recorded.
