He made an application for a new certificate 2-26-1820. Before me, the subscriber, JP of Washington County, personally appeared Paola Cassino, who on his oath declares that he is the same person belonging to the company commanded by Captain James Pratt in the regiment commanded by Marvina in the U.S. that his name was placed on the pension roll of the city of Washington, that he received a certificate of that after under the signature and the seal of the Secretary of War, which certificate on or about the 15th day of April 1817 at or near Marietta, Ohio, state his pocket book has been stolen in his pocket and etc. Signed Paeola Cassino.
He was discharged on account of his wounds, discharge dated 4-28-1814 while engaged at or near a placd called Lake George in the district and territory of New York.
Lexington, KY 9-1820, he wrote a letter to the pension department to have his pension transferred to Lexington, Kentucky; stated he next drew his pension in New York.
