Elaine Smith

SMITH, Elaine, age 82, of Camden, Ohio, died Sunday, July 18, 2004 at Matrix Health Care Center in Oxford. She was born November 2, 1921 in Irvine, [Estill County], Kentucky, the daughter of the late Sterling P. and Clara (Freeman) Stamper. On October 13, 1967, she married Shelly S. Smith in Covington, Kentucky. She was a cook at Harvy's Restaurant and at Loretta's Restaurant for many years.

She is survived by three children, Jack (Pat) Richardson of Richard of Camden, Gary (Teresa) Richardson of Dayton and Margaret Jordan of Camden; one sister, Louise Boger of Dayton; ten grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a son, Keith Richardson; three brothers, Ralph Stamper, Mart Stamper and James O. Stamper; and three sisters, Eula Johnson, Lola Puckett and Viola Gray. Arrangements: Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Nein-Thompson Funeral Home in Camden is serving the family.
