Helmer “Dick” “Buck” Rogers, 77, of Liberty Township, died Friday, May 28, 2004. He was a Navy veteran of World War II and the beloved husband of Peggy (McGuire) Rogers; loving father of Lorraine Whittmeyer, Dorothy Gordon and Gary Rogers and the late David and Richard Rogers; devoted grandfather of Samantha and Morgan Rogers, Michael Jensen and Dallas Josey. He also had several brothers, sisters and great-grandchildren.
ARRANGEMENTS: Funeral services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at Bethany Baptist Church, 6049 Yankee Road, Liberty Township. Visitation is from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the church. Hodapp Funeral Home is serving the family |
