Dessie Irene Lamb Alexander, 78, of Summit Drive, Irvine, died Sunday, Aug. 29, 2004, in the Marcum and Wallace Memorial Hospital. She was born June 14, 1926, in Madison County and was the daughter of the late George and Elsie Lamb. She was a housewife and a member of the Lower Red Lick Holiness Church. She is survived by her daughter Wadette (Ronnie) Coffey of Irvine.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 1 at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Brother Eugene Webb. Burial will be at the Red Lick Cemetery. Friends may call between 6 and 9 p.m. today at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home.
