Edwin Ross Adams
IRVINE - Edwin Ross Adams, 59, Richmond Road in Irvine, passed away Wed. Aug.
25, 2004, at his home following a courageous battle with brain cancer. He was
born Sept. 11, 1944 in Estill County and was the son of the late Rodney and
Bessie Tipton Adams. He was owner of Adams Heating and AC for over 20 years. He
was an authorized Trane Dealer and had received numerous awards. He was a
licensed Master HVAC Contractor. He was most proud to be a member of the Ravenna
Christian Church, where he served as an Elder. He is survived by his wife of 40
years, Victoria Burnette Adams; one daughter, Tina Marie Rose and husband,
Mathew, Georgetown, KY; two sons, Timothy R. Adams and wife, Teresa, Irvine, B.
Keith Adams and wife, Erika, Irvine; one sister, Innas Watson and husband, Elzy,
Ravenna; four brothers, Shirley Adams and wife, Doris, Ravenna, Merill Adams and
wife, Brenda, Irvine, Gary Adams and wife, Sondra, Irvine, Tracy Adams and wife,
Judy, Irvine; five grandchildren, Jonathan Kyle Adams, Kayla Marie Adams, Taylor
Devon Adams, Hannah Kathryn Adams and Emily Kate Rose; special in-laws, Oakley
and Venita Chaney, Donald and Millie Horn, and several nieces and nephews. He
was preceded in death by his niece, Teresa Sturgill and his nephew, Gary Adams.
Funeral services will be conducted Sat. Aug. 28 at 11 am at the Warren F. Toler
Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. David Oakley Chaney. Burial will be at the Sunset
Memorial Gardens. Friends may call between 6 and 9 pm Fri. at the Warren F.
