This indenture made and entered into the 4th day of October 1898 by and between
Jincey Powell, E. B. Powell, Nannie G. Powell, A. D. Powell Jr., Mary J. Powell,
Bert Powell, Elizabeth W. Powell and Mattie Powell of the first part and Wm.
Heather, Mary E. Heather of the second part
Witnesseth: that for and consideration expressed in a deed this day made by the
parties of the second part together with her husband William Heather to the
parties of the first part and the further consideration of one dollar in hand
paid the parties of the first part have this day granted bargained and sold to
the party of the second part the following described lot in Collins addition to
the town of Irvine, Ky. fronting 50 feet on Park Avenue and running back
Eastwardly to an alley and bounded on the North by the Richmond and Irvine
Turnpike and on the South by W.P.B. Williams lot and being No 69 in said
addition. To her the said Wm. Heather, Mary E. Heather and her heirs & c forever
to have and to hold said land unto the party of the second part her heirs & c
forever with special warrenty.

I, J. F. Harris Clerk of the Estill County Court certify that the foregoing Deed
to Wm. Heather and wife was produced to and acknowledged before me in due form
of law by Jincey Powell, E. b. Powell, A. D. Powell, Bert Powell, Montie Powell,
Lizzie W. Powell, Nannie G. Powell & Mary J. Powell, to be their act and deed on
the 18th day of Oct 1898 was loged for record, which is this day with this
certificate of same, truly recorded in my office.
