Oda, Grace & Wilbur Winkler

Oda and Grace Winkler was my great grandparents. Frank Wilbur Winkler was their son. He never married.
About the time Oda was born the Lewis Davis Winkler Jr. family might have been making their move towards Indiana. The 1870 Census shows them living in Estill County. The 1880 Census shows them living in Johnson County, Indiana.
Oda Winkler was the son of Lewis Davis Winkler Jr. and Emily White.
Born - November 8, 1872 in Cynthiana, KY.
Died - May 6, 1964 in Rushville, Rush Co., IN.
Married November 27, 1895 in Johnson Co., IN.
Grace Winkler was the daughter of Jefferson Davis Winkler and Mary White.
Born - June 3, 1881 in Johnson Co., IN.
Died March 20, 1935 in Rush Co., IN.
They had 4 children, all born in Rush Co., IN.

Oda and Grace were second cousins. It went like this:
Lewis Davis Winkler
Lewis Davis Winkler Jr. --------Brothers ------- John Winkler
Oda Winkler ----------- Cousins ------------- Jefferson Davis Winkler
Grace Winkler

Lewis Davis Winkler Jr. and his brother John both died and are buried in Johnson Co., IN. Their mother, Sally, died and buried in Johnson Co., IN. The Johnson County Death Records show that the father, of both Lewis and John, was Lewis Winkler.
