The man on the right is James M. Ware (b. 1872/3 Estill Co - d. 14 Jan 1930 at the Assylum in Lexington), s/o Henry Ware and Sally Stephens. This family originated in Clark Co. then moved to Estill Co around 1850 where they lived on Hardwicks' Creek. Some of their records are found in Powell Co because the county line was near their home. The other two men are unidentified. Sally Stephens (1847-1929) w/o Henry Ware; d/o Hyram Stephens (originally Stephenson) and Zelpha Poer

 The fourth person from the right appears to be Amos Henry Hendricks. If so, then the picture was taken between 1910-1917. Maud Ware (1884-1974) w/o I. N. Puckett; d/o Henry and Sally (Stephens) Ware

 Vernon Ware (rt) (1895-1969) and a cousin he called Ed (last name unknown).

 

Ed committed suicide when they were young men.
