I was told this man was a Tipton but he could possibly be a McIntosh. The girl/woman is standing beside the Tipton/McIntosh man in photo.      Possibly Cynthia Ann Alexander Congleton or one of her daughters   This badly damaged photo is in my mother's possession. We are able to identify some of the people in the photo, but not all of them.

(l-r)unknown girl, John Harris, Beverly Harris (in front of John), Nannie Dunn Harris, Artie Harris(in front of Nannie), the rest of the adults are unknown-the blurred child is my grandmother Lillian Broaddus Harris (twin to Beverly). Photo taken @ 1912. The adults may be other sisters of Nannie but my mother did not think they were. (Could one of the unidentified girls be John's daughter, Serilda Jane, from his first marriage to Mariam Isaacs? She would have been about 17 at this time.)

Found in the Morris Family album. It is kind of dark, but I was still hoping someone might know who they are. Came from the household of Richard B. and Maggie (Shearer, Hall) Tuttle on Sand Hill in Irvine, Kentucky. They may have come from a family of one or both of Richard Tuttle's former wives--Gould, Witt, or Jacobs; Wilcox, Winn (wife's former spouse), or Stacy; or perhaps a family in Richard's line--Tuttle, King, Lowe, or Bird--or in Maggie's line--Shearer, Dunbar or Hall (her former spouse). This old photo belonged to Lula Richardson Miller of West Irvine. Lula was the daughter of Harvey Richardson and Anna Eliza Richardson. On the back it says "Mrs Harvey Richardson, Witt Ky, man X only"

I assume that the photo was being sent away for copying because the man in the picture has an X above and below him. Anna Eliza Richardson's parents were David Richardson (1833-1922) and Mary Ann White. Mary Ann died around 1882 and David Richardson remarried in 1885 to Sarah Ann Moore, a woman who was 27 years his younger. I have a very strong belief that this picture is of David Richardson and his second wife Sarah Ann Moore. I'm guessing that Anna Eliza wanted an enlargement of her dad, but didn't want her stepmother in it!

This David Richardson was the son of David Richardson and Keziah Skinner.
I have an idea that it is Bailey and Malinda Richardson, but that is purely a guess.

**Note:  Regarding the question by Debbie Rose about Kings Grocery -- Sally King's Grocery was on Highway 89 in the Hargett area at the entrance to the Old Fox Road. There is still a building in that spot but it was recently renovated, or possibly entirely rebuilt. Submitted by Fonda Estes Carter

**Note:  Regarding the question by Debbie Rose about Kings Grocery -- According to my mother-in-law, who's family is from Estill County:

"Here's photos at fox, it used to be called Cobb Hill. The old church that burned was called Cobb Hill Christian Church, Kings store was at the end of Fox Rd". Submitted by Sherida Childers.
