Wm. V. (1836-1910, son of Benjamin F. and Elizabeth [Bird] Tuttle) and Catherine

(1840-1939, daughter of Samuel and Rachel [Lowe] King)–-all of whom were residents of Estill County--married December 13, 1859. Wm. V. and Catherine were the parents of 10 boys and 1 girl.
