Eva Frances Gould, b. March 5, 1880, d. August 2, 1901, was the daughter of Wm. Nathan and Sarah Ellen (Witt) Gould and the first wife of Richard Byrd Tuttle. They had two daughters, Beulah, b. 1899, and Ella Kathryn (a.k.a. "Ella Kate" and

"Tucker"), b. 1901. Eva Frances is buried in the Witt-Gould Cemetery at Witt Springs in Estill County.
