Bettie (b. Sept. 9, 1879; d. May 1, 1912), the daughter of Allen and Ann Eliza (Stacy) Wilcox, married (1) David C. Winn (1874-1902), and (2) Richard Byrd Tuttle (1878-1972). Her children were Jo and Dave Winn and Ray and Mary Evelyn Tuttle.
