George W. Aldridge

This is the headstone of George W. Aldridge. George was the son of Richard and Frances (Plunkett) Aldridge. He was born about 1834 in Clark County, KY. It's assumed he died sometime between 1880 & 1900 as he no longer appears on area censuses. He served in Co. B. of the 8th Kentucky.

On 05 Jun 1858, he married Elizabeth (Rainey) Moore in Estill County.

He's buried in the Providence Cemetery in the Winston area of Estill County
