Fluty CemeteryOn the Palmer Road According to the cemetery book done by Tracy Patrick, the stones marking the graves were removed, leaving only the base to mark the graves. They were piled under a fence and were only able to be matched with the bases by the texture and color of the stone. Buried here is the wife of former Estill County Judge Robert Fluty, Louisa. She was born 17 Nov 1837 and died 10 Jul 1869. It's not known if Judge Fluty is buried there. Her stone was inscribed as "Lived and died a Christian member of the Methodist Church 26 years. Also buried here, were two infant sons of J. W. & N. Sparks. One was born 30 Sep 1879 and died 11 Jul 1880 with the other born on 01 Oct 1881 and died 15 Nov 1881.
