Crittenden Co, KY researchers should be aware that the Piney
Precinct was not filmed by the National Archives and does not
appear on the 1880 Federal Population Schedule. This means that
approximately 300 families are not listed on that census. Some
of the families living in Piney Precinct during 1880 are
Crowell, McConnell, Little, Woodsides, Orr, Parish, Cannan,
Brown, Easley, Kemp, Alexander, Hawkins, and Young. The 1880
Mortality Schedule does list those who died in this precinct
between 1 June 1879 and 31 May 1880.
