Ordered that Thomas BRASHER, in place of A. COON released, appointed
surveyor of road from WILSON TRAVER house, Dycusburg and that he with the
following hands keep said road in good repair according to law, viz. JACOB
(...)N; SAM'L COON; OSWALD BENNETT; THOMAS SI(...);JOHN (...)CAN; WM.
SPARKMAN; W. HARPER; WM CASH; FRANKLIN (...)PER;WM SIMPKINS; THOMAS
MERCER; FRANKLIN D(....); ....MARKHAM; ELIJAH DUNCAN; JOHN MARKHAM; WM
(....); JESSE FORD; A.J.ROAD.
Ordered that ELIHU RILEY, in place of GEO. (L or T) BOAZE, released,
appointed surveyor of the road leading from (Wa......) intersecting the
Salem Road at the Widow RENTFRO's, beginning at the Creek at COFFIELD's
Old place and extending.....G.C.(REESES) gate and that he with the
following hands keep said road in goo repair viz. G.S. BOAZ; THOS. RILEY; REUBEN
RILEY;WM SISCO;WM SADLER; JAMES HOOVER; J.S. RENTFRO; ELIHU MILICAN.
On the motion of J.N. HARMAN(I.H. WALLACE scratched out) It is ordered
that I. H. (....assume Wallace) ; J.M. JOHNSON; JOHN STALLIONS; JESSE B.
CHAMPION..........they are hereby appointed commissioners to.....out a way
upon which a road is to be made commencing at MARGARET STALLIONS and
intersecting the Ford Ferry Road to Salem at the Sulphur Spring, first
being duly sworn and that they (make) report of the convienences and
inconvienences private citizens as to the public generally also through
whose land said road will........
On the motion of I.H. WALLACE It is ordered that ( JO )NATHAN CLEMONS;
W.N. THRELKELD; (P).C. BARNET; ( ..... )BOAZEMAN & JOHN HARDIN be and they
are hereby appointed commissioners to view out a way which a road is to
made commencing at Threlkeld Fork and extending to the mouth of Deer Creek
..... first being duly sworn make report to this........with the
convenences and inconviences will to private citizens as to the public
generally.

This day the commissioners appionted by a former......of the court
produced? to the court their report of partition which report is ordered
to be filed such and on their further motion and in pursuance of
said.......said commisioners produced to the court a Deed of Conveyance
for and on behalf of BURKE to the heirs of the said PATRICK RUSHING
defendants hereto which Deed was examined by the Court acknowledged by the
commissioners and ordered to be recorded.
On motion of WM. SISCO it is orderd that he be allowed the sum of .....for
taking care of MRS. McFALL and her child and (BAOZNY?) child.
This day the commissioner heretofore appointed to report plan of repair of
Crooked Creek Bridge and probable cost thereof produced to the court their
report which is ordered to be filed and adapted.
Ordered that JAMES M. FOWLER & B.M. MICAN the former commissioners of
Crooked Creek Bridge after having first advertised the ...............let
out the Repairery of said bridge to the lowest bidder taking Bond payable
to said County Court to be paid for out of the next levy collectable in
1861.
Ordered that SUSAN MORGAN an old .......woman be allowed $3.00 per month
from now until October term of this court and that WM SISCO be appointed
......to be paid out of next levy.
Ordered that WM THURMOND in place of JAMES P MOON released be appointed
surveyor of that part of the public road leading from Marion to Salem
commencing at DAVID BOURLAND's and extending to the WALLACE ferry road and
that with the following named hands keep said road in good repair towit
BAZEL JACOBS; BENJAMIN BELT; SAMUEL E. (BREWSTER?); ROBERT & REESE
ARMSTRONG; STEPHEN A. FARMER; SAM'L K. JACKSON; (......)D.CLARK and all in
that bounds.
Ordered that ISAAC SISCO, in place of JOHN FRIZZILL released, be appointed
surveyor of that part of the public road leading from RENTFROW's to
WILLIAM (WALLACE'S?) ferry commencing at said FRIZZELL's gate and
extending to the Salem Road at RENTFROW's and that he with the
following......hands keep said road in good repair towit, JAMES FRIZZELL;
PRESLEY SISCO;
AMBROSE BREWER; R.G. STEWART and hands THOMAS CONGER and all in that bounds.
On motion of JAMES E. YEAKEY adr of HENRY YEAKEY dec'd it is ordered that
JOHN (CONDITT?) in place of TERRELL dec'd be appointed a commissioner
(allot?) dower to MRS. ELMIRA B. YEAKEY widow of said HENRY YEAKEY dec'd.
On motion of G.C. CROWELL admr of WM E. CROWELL dec'd he filed ........&
sale bill of decedents estate which was appointed by the court and ordered
to be recorded.
On motion of JAMES M. GILBERT Coroner of Crittenden County it is ordered
that he be allowed the sum of ...................for holding inquest on a
dead body on Ohio River to be paid out of Levy of 1860.
On motion of E.H. BENNETT it is ordered that he be appointd admr. the
estate of ROBERT MURPHY dec'd whereupon the said BENNETT took (due) oath
and with J.F. RAYNOLDS & J.G. YOUNG his securities entered into Bond
conditioned according to law.
On motion of E.H. BENNETT adr of ROBERT MURPHY deceased it is ordered that
ALLEN WALKER; D.F. KEMP; DUDLEY NEWCOM and JOHN (NUNN?) be appt
commissioners to view and appraise the personal estate of said dec'd any
three of whom may ....being first duky sworn and report.
Ordered that W.H. (MINNER?) in place of D. BOURLAND released be and he is
hereby appointed surveyor of that part of the public road leading from
Marion to Salem commencing at D. BOURLAND's shop and extending to the
boundary of the town of Marion and that he with the following named hands
keep said road in good repair towit E.P. HILL; EDGAR HILL; M( )HAYNER
and hands JOHN McCLENATHAN; DIXON CLARK; HANSEL WILLIAMS; JOHN WILLIAMS;
D. BOURLAND and such as may be in the bounds.
