Recorded In Clay County,July 27,1859Will Of John Davidson:
I, John Davidson of Clay County and State Of Kentucky being old and
feeble but in sound and disposing mind knowing that the uncertainly of life.
In consideration of the aforesaid premises I make and publish this my last
will and testement ; I bequeath all my personal estate that I may own at my
death to my dearly beloved wife ,Lovina Davidson.
The above is intended to include my property and choses in action.
This 6th day of January 1858

I, G.W. Price, clerk of the county clerk for the county aforesaid do certify
that the foregoing is a true copy of the paper presented to said court at
the term aforesaid propertied to be the last will and settlement of John
Davidson deceased which was proven by the oaths of Robert Davidson and W.J.
Cook subscribing witnesses thereto the satisfaction of the court as such and
admitted to record which is hereby done accordingly.
