Marion Hensley-To-Levi Spurlock-To-William Gilbert

Know all men by this preasant that I Marion Hensley has this the 13 day of October 1896 bargn and sold to Levi Spurlock a (blank) tract on boundry of land situated in Clay County and state of Kentucky a for inconsidats of the sum of twenty five dollars in hand apid. Said landing on banks branch water of Red Bird River of the South River of the Ky River. Beginning on a white oak on the east side of the branch then running west to said bank then up the branch with it nail? to the finste left han down to Blevins Hensley fens then running with the said fens back to the beginning so as to include all the land an it (unknown word) for which the said Marion Hensley bind himself and heirs to make unto the said Levi Spurlock a general warrent deed for said land in testimony where of witness evry hand this the 13 day of October 1896
