as afd. with Thomas HAMMOND & Henry DOOM their Securities here in
Court entered into and ackd bond in penalty afd. payable to the
Commonwealth of Kentucky Conditioned according to law they the
Said Jacob & David DOOM having taken the Oath of Executors pre-
scribed by law.

the leave of the Court letters of administration is granted him on

Hundred Dollars payable to the Commonwealth of Kentucky Conditioned

Ordered that John D. STEPHENS be appointed Surveyor of that
part of the public road leading from Christian Courthouse to
the Saline lick, Commencing at KENNEDYs? run and to extend to
Jacob HARRELLs and that he With all the hands living within Six
miles and a half on the north East side, and One mile and a
half on the West side therof, do open and Keep Same in repair
agreeable to law (in the room of James McCASLIN resigned.)
