Thomas Phelps Wand, born Sept 5, 1907, in Woodbury,
Butler Ct, died Mar 31, 1981. Thomas was the son of Dr.
Elwood Wand and
Ginevra Gertrude Phelps, and brother of Bonnie Sunshine Wand Drake.
He was
married to Osawade Day.
Thomas farmed in Woodbury and for many years also ran a general store
and
post office. He must have been about 12 years old in this photo.
