Last Will and Testament Know all men by these presents that I, Hettie Isenberg, of Glasgow, Barren County, Kentucky, do hereby make, publish, and declare this instrument to be my last will and testement.
1. It is my will that all just debts, funeral expenses, and lawful claims against my estate to be first paid.
2. All the rest and residue of my estate I will and devise to my son, Odell Isenberg. I do this because Odell, when he was in the army, sent money to me which enabled me to pay for the home, and I feel that what little is left will no more than repay him.
3. I nominate and appoint my son, Odell Isenberg, to be executor of my will, and authorize and empower him to sell and convey my real estate for the purpose of paying those things mentioned in item 1. In testimony whereof witness my signature, this the 8th day of July,1954 Hettie Isenberg
