The last will and testament of John Button I now make I give to my wife
Susan Button all my land, horses, cattle, hogs, household and kitchen furniture my cash notes and a??es. I also give her after paying all of my just debts to have and to hold her lifetime and at her death to be divided equally between my four last children Jas W Button, M D Button, George Ann Button & Sue Ella Button. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal

The foregoing writing purporting to be the last will & testament of John Button decd was this day produced in court & proven in due form of law by the oath of J H Davis one of the subscribing witnesses thereto a d that W A Huffman the other subscribing witness attested the same in his presence & at the request of said Testator Whereupon the same was ordered to be recorded as the true last will & testament of said Testator
