Died: Monday, 24 Apr 2000, Memorial Hospital, age 79.
Born: 12 Nov 1920, Glasgow, KY
Son of Roy B. and Mattie Hord Squires, dec'd.
Moved to FL in 1955. During WW II, served in the U S Army as a Technical Engineer in the New Guidea, South Philippines Liberation and Luzon Campaigns.
Member of the Lions, American Legion and VFW. Granted the title of honorary Kentucky Colonel.
Employed by B&B Studios as a school photographer, World Color and Halifax Reporter as professional photographer.

Son: Jerry Squires and wife J. C. of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
Daughter: Laura Squires of Omrond Beach
Brother: Roy Dan and sister-in law Pat Squires of Orlando, FL

Grandchildren: Winona and Olivia Squires-Propper of Ormond Beach and Andrew and Steven Squires of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
