Death of Mrs. J. S. Saunders At South Fork Last Sunday.
Mrs. J. B. Saunders, one of the finest characters of Barren county died at her home in the South Fork section Sunday afternoon. Death resulted from the infirmities of age. Mrs. Saunders was eighty-three.
Surviving are three children - Mrs. Nellie Woodward, Mr. J. W. Saunders, of this city, and Dr. R. H. Saunders of Chicago.
Mrs. Saunders was preceded to the grave by her husband one year. She was (a) lovely Christian charcter, and one of the most consecrated women of the county. Kindly considerate and of outstanding character, she will be sadly missed by (a) host of admirers all over the county.
Funeral was at the Church of Christ here Mondayby Rev. Phy. Burial was in the Glasgow cemetery.
