Names: Herbert Lee "Hub" Pursley and Geneva Traylor Pursley [photo]
Residence: Glasgow KY
Died: Tuesday, 2 Oct 2004 after an automobile accident in Barren County. Mrs. Pursley died at the scene and Mr. Pursley died later at the Vanderbilt Trauma Center in Nashville.
"Hub" was the former superintendent of the Glasgow Water Company and chairman of the State Board of Health for Water Certification in Frankfort. He also taught sanitation engineering for the
Environmental Protection Agency, was a veteran of WW II. Geneva was a mother and housewife and Hub's loving companion of 63 years, an anniversary they celebrated last May. They were members of the East Main Street Methodist Church.

Son: Mike Pursley and wife Karen of Indianapolis IN
Grandchildren: Michael David Goodrum and Matthew Benjamin Goodrum, both of Glasgow, Julie
Pursley Oelschlager and husband Todd of Franklin IN and Michael Todd Pursley and wife Jennifer of Goodlettesville TN
Great-granddaughters: Hannah Louise Oelschlager of Franklin and Dalton Ann Pursley of Goodlettesville
Geneva is also survived by:
Sisters: Mabel Traylor Peden of Glasgow and Izene Traylor Mackey of Daytona Beach, FL
Nieces and nephews: Nikki P Norman of Orlando FL and Jerry Mackey, David Mackey, Steve Mackey, Darla M Decker, Linda M Warren and Dianne M Lowery, all of FL and AL.

Parents: Teller Traylor and Lennie Robert James Traylor Hub is survived by:

Brother: Harry Bryant Pursley of Glasgow
