Edward H. PEDEN - 19 Aug 1838 - 4 June 1914

Mr. E. H. Peden died suddenly at his home near Camner, last Thursday of heart trouble. Mr. Peden went to the spring house and as gone so long that the family became alarmed, and upon looking for him, found him dead close by the spring.

Mr. Peden was a most estimable man, a good citizen and highly esteemed by all. He was seventy-five years old at the time of his death, and was a member of the Christian church.

The remains were interred in the Glasgow cemetery, Friday, afternoon, after services conducted at the grave by Mr. W. P. Coombs and Mr. Blakey, of Canmer.
