Served in the Korean Conflict. Member of Masonic Lodge #313 of F&AM in Battle Ground. Past Master of Merou Grotto. Member of VFW #3585 on S. Ninth Street and the American Legion.
Belonged to the Scottish Rite Valley of Indianapolis, IN. Enjoyed fishing.
