Son of: Robert H and Elizabeth Casper Joseph, dec'd.
Preceded in death also by son: Robert Thomas Joseph.
Member St. Helen's Catholic Church in Glasgow, retired from General Motors Electromotive Division.
Graduate of East Aurora High Schoo, employed by Chicago Burlington & Quincy Railroad. Enlisted in US Army Sept 1942, attained rank of Sgt and served as Flight Maintenance Engineer on B-24's. Recipient of the Asiatic Pacific Theater Ribbon, The American Theater Ribbon, Good Conduct Medal, Victory Medal, WW II.
Also a member of the VFW #5906.
Survivors:
Daughters: Betty and Jerry Allway of Glasgow; Marilyn and Stan Pipes of Fresno, CA; Pam and Gordon Larsen of Yorkville, IL; Sandi and J. C. Knotts of Aurora, IL; Debra and Marty Kermeen of Plano, IL: Margaret Joseph of Oswego, IL.
Sons: Don and Tina Joseph of North Aurora, IL: Richard Joseph of Ottawa, IL:
Kenneth and Ann Joseph of North Aurora; David and Daniel Joseph, both of Aurora.
Sister: Marian Kramer of Oswego, IL.
Brothers: Robrt of Sun City Center, FL; Eugene of Marywood, IL and Bernard Joseph of Rockford, IL.
19 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and special friends, Billy and Judy Hudson of Austin, KY.
Memorial service will be held in Aurora, cremation, under direction of A. F. Crow and Son Funeral Home, Glasgow.
