Married 8 July 1918 Ellis Madison Jones in Jeffersonville IN. They were married 71 years when he died on 28 Nov 1989. They lived all of their married life and raised their four children in Cave City.
Member Cave City Baptist Church, homemaker, retired clerk at Handy and Reynolds General Store in cave City. During Cave City's Sesquicentennial Celebration in 2003, Mrs. Jones was honored as the oldest citizen of Cave City.
