Educated in the schools of Glasgow, taught in Barren County for a number of years before her marriage. Moved to Center Hill in 1955. Member First United Methodist Church in Center Hill; retired house mother for the Methodist Children's Home in Enterprise, FL, active in the WSCS for many years.
