"Joe Hatcher, a native of Glasgow, died June 6 [1974] at his home in Fort Worth, Texas. He is survived by one daughter, one grand-daughter, two sisters, Mrs. Cora Simpson, Mrs. Jim Harris and a brother, Dan Hatcher. Funeral services and burial were held in Texas."
