"Mr. Thomas J. Harston, who was well and favorably known in this county, especially
in the southern portion, was buried at Mr. Jonathan Jewell's on Friday last. Mr.
Harston had been in ill health for a considerable length of time and dispairing of recovery in this climate,
a short time ago he visited Colorado and California with the hope of recuperation, but He left a family,
consisting of a wife and several children."
