Known also as "Andy" or "Gump", member First Assembly of God Church, attended Gethsemane Baptist Church. Member of the Mid-Kentucky Antique Car Club, loved to hunt and fish, grow tobacco and work on his old cars. Loved to nickname his grandchildren

Daughters: Loretta Jessie and husband Gary, Tammy Parsons and husband Rickie, Lisa Null and fiance Jesse and Vickie Harper, all of Glasgow
18 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren
