"MRS. C. T. HARLOW PASSES. Flarra Lee Taylor, beloved wife of C. T. Harlow, departed this life, Thursday, October 30, 1947, age 75 years, 4 months and 24 days.
"She was united in marriage to Charlie Taylor Harlow December 23, 1896. To this union were born eleven children, the youngest son preceded mother to her grave thirty-one years.
"At a very early age, Mrs. Harlow accepted Christ as her personal Saviour, joined Siloam Baptist Church, and walked closely by her Lord these many years. A wonderful Christian character, a devoted wife and godly mother.
"To mourn her loss is left her husband, and ten children: Taylor Harlow, Glasgow; Mrs. Virginia William, New Albany, Ind.; Paul Harlow, Rt. 4; Mrs. Valeria Bowles, Rt 4; Mrs. Zora Peden, Dearborn, Mich.; Mrs. Mallie Kinslow, Rt. 4.; Mrs. Lena Barlow, Plyhmouth, Mich.; Mrs. Cloteel Nuckols, Mt. Hermon, Ky.; Rt. 1; Charlie Perry Harlow, Rt. 4; and John Lewis Harlow, Plymouth, Mich., thirty grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
"Mrs. Harlow leaves two sisters, Mrs. Fanny Johnson, Mrs. Roy Maggard, and six brothers; Arthur, Rufus, Adolphus, Johnnie, Guy and Horace Taylor, and a host of loved ones and friends to mourn her passing."
