"Mrs. Dr. Grinstead's Death. The death of this most excellent lady occurred at her home at Temple Hill on Monday after a long and distressing illness. Mrs. Grinstead was a woman of superior intellect and great amiability and energy. She had been married only three or four years, and though in feeble health, and for two or three years steadily declining in strength, she never lost her cheerfulness, and was the center of attraction in the household by her steady cheer and pleasing vivacity. It was our pleasure to have been well acquainted with Mrs. Grinstead, and we do not remember to have ever seen so cheerful and uncomplaining a spirit with a body wasting under the influence of incurable disease. She was in every sense of the word a good and true woman, and while we would not tear afresh the terribly wounds made in the affection of her bereaved companion, we must express our sincere sympathy in this terrible affliction, and commend him and his sorrows to Him who ruleth always in wisdom and for the highest good."
