state level KAR, committees and panels. Past member and president of the Glasgow Kiwanis Club;
member and past vice president of the Mammoth Cave Amateur Radio Club, holder of a General Class
Amateur Radio License, KB4UME. Member of Glasgow Post B TPA. Past teacher and program
coordinator for the Barren County Literacy Council; graduate of Glasgow Barren County Leadership Class
of 1996. 1972 graduate of Temple Hill High School; member South Green Street Church of Christ.

Husband of 32 years: Mike Goad
Five brothers; Robert, Ed, Harold and Elmer Spear, all of Glasgow and Glen Spear
Sister: Ruth Nole, both of Bowling Green
Eight nieces, four nephews, 10 great-nieces and five great-
nephews.
