CAVE CITY [photo]. Bobby Lee Edwards, 71, Cave City, passed away Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at NHC Healthcare, Glasgow, with his daughters by his side. He was born on July 22, 1945 in Sulphur Well, KY to the late Henry Lee and Evelyn Landis Edwards. He owned and operated Cave City Electric for over 30 years and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Lou Edwards, Bowling Green; daughters, Alicia Reed (Steve), Sherry Edwards, Ann Collins (Kevin) and Lori Crane, (Corey); step-sons, John Doyle and Tom Doyle; a sister, Barbara Ann Evans; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Larry and Harlan Edwards and one sister, Lareece Edwards.
Funeral services with Sam Dick officiating will be at 1 PM, Saturday, April 15th at Bob Hunt Funeral Chapel, Cave City, with burial in the Hiseville Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home will be on Friday, April 14th from 4 to 8 PM and Saturday after 9 AM until time of service.
