Mrs. E.J. Bryan

"I have no connection, no further information and am not seeking additional information."

"Mrs. Bryan Dies. (very faded). Mrs. E. J. Bryan died at the home of her son, Mr. J. L. Bryan, the prominent merchant of this place, last Thursday afternoon at o'clock.

"About twelve years ago, Mrs. Bryan received a fall, and since that time has been somewhat disabled, having had to use crutches. Considering her disadvantage in walking, she was a very vigorous and remarkable woman for one of her age. She was in her eighty-seventh year and was a woman of remarkable strength of character and possessed the many qualities of a noble, true Christian woman, and a most excellent, devoted mother.

"During her eighty years and more she lived a life of service, always doing deeds of kindness and goodness.

"The funeral service conducted at the residence of Rev. I. D. S. Knight, the remains were interred in the Odd Fellows Cemetery."
