Born: Barren Co KY
Son of: Ernest and Lucile Winegar Broady, decd.
Retired educator, served 33 1/2 years. Graduate of Glasgow High School, Western KY University where he received his Rank I in Education Administration. Taught at Austin-Tracy, Red Cross and Temple Hill Elementary Schools; principal at Hart Memorial and Munfordville Elementary Schools. Worked also with the Barren Co Mental Health organization. Membr and past officer of the Austin-Tracy Lions Club, a Kentucky Colonel, member and past officer of TPA, member and past officer of the KY Education Association, lifetime member of the National Education Association, past officer of the Kentucky Association of Elementary School Principals, member of the Glasgow-Barren County Retired Teachers Association, member Glasgow Golf Club and County Club, member and former Sunday School teacher at Glasgow Baptist Church.
