Member Glasgow-Barren Co Chamber of Commerce; Past President of Glasgow Credit Company. Elected
director First Federal Savings and Loan Association 1944; President and Chairman of the Board 1949;
President Emeritus; member of the advisory board. Member Glasgow Baptist Church, served as deacon
for more than 45 years; Sunday School teacher and on many committees of the church.
