Mrs. Eva Lena Bishop died at home in Poplar Springs section, age 51. Born Monroe County. Husband: Sam Bishop who survives. Member Shiloh Baptist Church. Eight children: Mrs. Mildred Bush, Inez, Edith, Imogene, Jesse, Chester, Rufus and Lencoy Bishop, all of Glasgow. Brothers: Frank Walker, Game, Ky.; Joe Walker, Russellville and Will of Brooklyn, NY. Interred Shiloh Cemetery.
