Former Glastgow City Councilman, member Glasgow Lions Club, attended First United Methodist Church and Beech Grove Baptist Church at 88, KY

Wife of 64 years: Katherine Brown Billingsley
Two daughters: Mary Lynne Powell and husnband Clinton of Glasgow and Tracy Anne Harder and husband Bob of Bowling Green KY
Seven grandchildren: Michael Maggard of CA, Marc Maggard of FL, Megan Elkins and husband Danny of Greensburg KY, Michele Coop and husband Kevin and Chastity Hayes and husband Justin, all of Glasgow, and Travis and Amanda Harder of Bowling Green
Three great-grandchildren.
Preceded also in death by three sisters: Naomi Taylor, Nell Wells and Norma Jean Tharp.
Services: Saturday, 22 April 2006, 1 pm, A F Crow and Son Funeral Home, burial Glasgow Municipal Cemetery.
