Daughter of the late Johnny and Ethel Broady Taylor
Widow of the late Delmer Billingsley
Retired school teacher after 37 years of service to Glasgow and Barren County schools. Member Neal's Chapel Cumberland Presbyterian Church and served as a Sunday School teacher and held the office of church secretary.

Son: David Billingsley and wife Sharon of Glasgow
Daughter: Judy Robertson and husband Steve of Glasgow
Brother: Erbie Taylor of Glasgow
Sisters: Opal Botts, Louise Culver and Geneva Bishop, all of Glasgow
Sister-in-law: Velma Pardue of Glasgow
Grandchildren: Wallie Billingsley and wife Robin, Ben Billingsley and wife Lana, Trista Poland and husband Jimmy, Nicki Collier and husband Duane, Emily Carver and husband Billy, and Daniel Robertson.
Great-grandchildren: McKenzie and Tucker Billingsley, Dustin Poland, Perri and Sydney Collier, Allie, Abbie and Trey Carver, Trista and Destiny Childress and Kierstin Nall
