Died: Friday, 29 January 1999, Medical Center in Bowling Green, age 81.
Born: Barren Co KY
Son of: Husker C. and Velma Payne Biggers, decd.
Occupation: Former owner and operator of Warren Co Realty Company. In 1978 he sold the residential business and became Biggers and Associates; past president of Houchens Industries and President of the Ervin G. Houchens Foundation. Past Chairman of the Board of Lindsey Wilson College where he received an honorary doctorate degree. Active with the Boy Scouts of America; served on the Audubon Council Board of Directors; awarded the Silver Beaver Award. Served with many local and area businesses and civic organizations; board member of 30 years on the Board of Directors of Citizens National Bank and Trust Company.
Church: Long time member of State Street United Methodist; was former chairman of the Board and served in many areas of the church; an officer and committee member locally, state wide and regionally.

Daughter: Lynne (Cecil) Martin of Bowling Green
Grandchildren: Tara (Jason) Parker, Gil Biggers and Katy Biggers of Bowling Green
Daughter-in-law: Erin Biggers of Bowling Green
Nephew: Follis (Jean) Crow of Glasgow
Niece: Beverly (Kenny) Mattingley of Glasgow.

Services: 1 pm Monday, 1 February 1999, church, burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery under direction of A. F. Crow and Son Funeral Home, Glasgow.
