Son of: Ellis and Ethel Franklin Berry, decd.
Received his law degree from the University of Louisville in 1949 and began practicing law in Glasgow in 1950. Former Barren Co Attorney and Glasgow City Attorney. Served as member of the House of Delagates of the KY Bar Association and also as president of the Barren Co Bar Association. Member Camp 658 of Woodmen of the World and retired as national secretary of Woodmen of the World Life Insurance Society of Omaha, NB in 1984. Was also a member of TPA, veteran of WWII, VFW, American Legion and
the Glasgow Baptist Church, was a Sunday School teacher there.

Son: Greg and wife Leslie, Glasgow
Daughters: Cheryl Ambach and hsuband Jack and Lori Houchens and husband Ricky, all of Glasgow
Grandchildren: Patrick, Andy and Laura Klapheke; Bridget and Steven Houchens, and Rachel, Sara and Rebecca Berry
Brothers: Dr Milton P, Kenneth and Wayne Berry, all of Louisville, KY and Dr.
Julian Berry of TX
Services: 11 am Thursday, 19 April 2001, Hatcher and Saddler Funeral Home, burial Glasgow Municipal Cemetery.
