"Aunt" Mary Adams, one of the oldest and esteemed women of Barren Co. died at her home in Cedar Grove country last Wed., age 81. Widow of Harden Adams who died several years ago. Member of Baptist Church. Children: Esq. J. H. Adams of Glasgow Junction; W. T. Adams of Bruce; John Adams of Texas; E. B. Adams of Boyds Creek; Mrs. A. E. Peden. Interred in family burying ground."
